Our Range of equipment includes Leg Extension, Leg curl, Leg Press, Hack Squat, Smith Machine, Narrow Cables, Wide Cables, Lateral Raise, Lat Pulldown, Seated Row, Bi/Tri Preacher Curl and Shoulder press.
We also have a range of free weights and accessories including 1-50kg Dumbbells, Olympic Weights, Power Wrack and an array of Olympic Bars.

On our Mezzanine Floor, we offer a wide range of Cardio Vascular Enhancers from manufacturers such as Life Fitness, Precor and Concept 2.
This equipment includes Treadmills, Crosstrainers, Cycles, Recumbents, Summit Trainers, Rowing Machines and Spin Bikes.

We aim to support you with a wide variety of both PT and nutritional support all within our community.
From supplements such as Protein Powders, EAA’s, BCAA’s, Pre/Post Workout Drinks and so much more, we aim to cater to everything you need.
We also provide Protein/carb and essential fat packed frozen meals created by Nutritional Edge along with an on site coffee machine and space for you to meet up with training partners and friends.
